Prior to his professional career, Dustin attended Utah Valley State College and the University of Utah majoring in Architectural Drafting and Design. He is also a licensed real estate broker (UT) as well as a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). When he isn’t working, Dustin enjoys boating and wakeboarding at Lake Powell and the Caribbean with his wife, son and twin daughters.
Bryce Baker, Principal:
Bryce is a Co-founder of dbURBAN Communities and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. His resume includes the acquisition, entitlement and/or development of over 5,000 apartments and 3.7 million square feet of commercial (office, industrial and retail) uses, including two Transit Oriented Developments (TOD) projects in Utah. Bryce utilizes his strong background in finance and institutional relationships on all projects and is primarily responsible for:

Bryce received an MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in Real Estate Finance from Brigham Young University. He volunteers his time with non-profit organizations focusing on attainable housing, childhood development, and educational and professional development for young adults. He also spends his free time with his wife and their four children hiking, backpacking and enjoying the outdoors.
Tyler Cardosa, Development Analyst:
Tyler recently joined dbURBAN as a Development Analyst. His primary duties in the company include:

Daily Project Site Visits and Site Observation Reports
Prior to joining dbURBAN Communities, Tyler attended the University of Utah where he received a BS in Urban Ecology. When he isn’t working, Tyler enjoys snowboarding with friends at Snowbird Ski Resort, going to the beach in his home state of California, and watching/playing basketball.
Matthew Ratelle Development Associate:

Prior to joining dbURBAN Communities, Matthew attended Brigham Young University where he received a BS in Finance and will complete a Master in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah in Summer 2020. Besides real estate, Matthew enjoys spending time with his
family and friends on the lake in his hometown of Coeur d’Alene, ID, skiing the greatest snow on earth, and planning the next adventure.
