About

Previous Experience:
Our Principals have over 30 years of combined professional experience in acquiring, developing, entitling and building real estate projects across a wide array of multifamily types and classes. In addition to these properties, they have negotiated commercial leases, entitled mixed-use master plans (over 3,000 acres), and constructed commercial buildings.

Current Focus:
We seek to deliver communities of the highest quality to address the renter-by-choice lifestyle. Within this category we intensely focus our efforts on integrated, mixed-use communities in locations where long-term viability is most likely.  Mixed-use projects require a greater level of detail and analysis, but we feel generate the longest benefit from a risk-adjusted return basis.

dbURBAN Communities challenges the historical mindset of the local rental market, and instead delivers exceptional places that meet the current lifestyle renter.  Through extensive design coordination using proven URBAN principles, we create built environments which engage the residents, enhance the community and ensure the best risk-adjusted returns for our partners, investors and stakeholders.
