Regius Square

Salt Lake City’s local South Temple historic district will soon be home to Regius Square.  Regius Square will consist of a 125-unit multi-family project consisting of flats and walk-up town home units. Regius Square will replace a large and scarcely used surface parking lot at the historic Masonic Temple property, providing much needed housing in this highly desired neighborhood. The building is located between the University of Utah and Downtown Salt Lake, providing future residents convenient access to all day and night life provided in the urban core.

The Salt Lake Historic Landmark Commission unanimously approved the schematic design of Regius Square in January 2020 so design development is underway. 
Expect construction of Regius Square to commence Winter 2021, ready for occupancy Summer 2022!

SeQuoia at Turner Mill


SeQuoia at Turner Mill
will include 142 for-rent apartments that will be a mix of One, Two, and Three Bedrooms. The complex will offer amazing views of the Wasatch Back Mountains while be in close proximity to downtown Heber. The complex will offer amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, club room and private garages. This apartment complex is located within the 35.5-acre Turner Mill mixed use master planned community off Highway 40.

Construction is currently underway at SeQuoia with occupancy scheduled for Fall / Winter 2022.

aQui 355 

aQui 355 is a 60 unit project in downtown Salt Lake on 355 South 400 East. The units are efficient and thoughtfully designed and range from micro suites of 368 sq ft to highly efficient 2-bedroom units that are 650 sq ft in size.  Each level has a purpose-built, common area that will provide greater resident opportunities. Whether a "great room" with gourmet kitchen for entertaining larger gatherings, one of two specialty game rooms, or the rooftop BBQ deck, there is ample opportunities for socializing. The project is within the TSA overlay, so we are planning for 17 parking stalls in the podium garage for car share parking, EV stations and bike-share programs.

Construction is currently underway at SeQuoia with occupancy scheduled for Fall / Winter 2022.

KLEIN HUIS at Turner Mill

  • The term Klein Huis in Dutch means “tiny home”.  Not because the home lacks size or opportunity, but because its efficiencies provide you exactly what you need so you can enjoy the rest of your life outdoors.  Klein Huis Turner Mill is located in the heart of Heber City just minutes from Main Street restaurants, dining, entertainment and shopping.  Klein Huis provides residents with private living similar to a single family home.  Most units are detached from any other home and provide single level living.  The community amenities provide 30% of the site with open space that includes a dog run, tot lot, hammock garden, grand pavilion with fireplaces, outdoor kitchen and seating areas and other gathering sites throughout the community.

  • Project Status: Construction Commenced Fall 2021,  Completion anticipated Fall 2023

  • Construction is currently underway at CINQ with occupancy scheduled for Fall / Winter 2023

LUMA

  • Progress: Construction begins Spring 2022.  Projected finish Spring 2024
  • Project Responsibilities: Pre-Construction, Entitlement, Permits, Financing, Owner's Representation, Asset Management
  • Construction on LUMA is anticipated to commence Spring 2022 with occupancy scheduled for Spring 2024.​

UTOPIA

  • Location: 123 West Utopia Ave, South Salt Lake City, UT
  • Project Size: 187 Units
  • Building Type: 5 Stories of residential units over 2 stories of parking podium
  • Included Amenities:  Clubroom, Fitness Center, Pool, Hot Tub, Rooftop Deck, Bike Lockers, Co-Working Lounge with two connected retail spaces.
  • Project Status: Construction begins Summer 2022.  Projected finish Q2 2024
  • Project Responsibilities: Site Procurement, Pre-Construction, Entitlement, Permits, Financing, Owner’s Representation, Asset Management
